Making A Purchase
It is really easy to buy using our online shopping system. Just browse the site and click on any items that you wish to buy and that will put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro & Switch. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If you wish to pay by any other means please email helpdesk@fastsms.co.uk.
Delivery Schedule
Orders for message credits or reply numbers placed online between 8.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday, will normally be processed within 2 hours, excluding Bank Holidays. Outside these hours it may take longer. Please call us on 0800 954 5305 if you have an urgent requirement and we will always do our best for you.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 15% VAT is added automatically. The same is added to orders made from elsewhere in the European Union unless the exemption box is ticked AND a valid EU VAT number entered. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
This website offers a highly secure environment for the entry of credit card details. We are partnered with ePDQ who are the online division of Barclaycard. Your payment transaction takes place on their servers not ours and you are guaranteed total security for your details.
Guarantee
Unlike virtually all other internet SMS suppliers we publish performance targets for uptime of our systems and delivery of messages. Certain network services are however provided by third parties and so are beyond our control. Our warranties are limited to our own systems only and we cannot be responsible for failures outside of our network.

Returns Policy
You have a right under European Union Distance Selling legislation to cancel your order within a defined "cooling off" period of 7 working days. The nature of our products and services modifies these rights as follows:
If a service such as a web-based SMS account or virtual reply number commences before the end of the 7 day cooling off period the right to cancel is lost once the service has commenced. If you wish to take advantage of the 7 day cancellation period then you can indicate this to us and we will not commence the service until 7 days after your order has been received.

Remittance Terms
