Import

The “Import” feature of the FASTSMS Sender allows you to create multiple contacts within your address book. There are three main options with this, all of which import contacts into a selected group. The options available are as follows:

From Microsoft Outlook Contacts Folder
This feature allows you to bring all the contacts you have in Outlook into the Sender. The feature automatically maps the relevant fields to its own structure, i.e. name, number…etc.

From Microsoft Outlook Express 4.0+
This feature allows you to import all your Outlook Express contacts into a selected Sender group. This again automatically locates the relevant fields and maps them against the Sender details.

From text file
This feature allows you to import from any database application that can generate an output file. The import file format is ASCII text separated with a “;”. You may need to manipulate your data for this option but there is an extensive guide and FULL support available to any user that requires it.
