Lead Generation Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dependable individual to join an established telecommunications company based in Droitwich, Worcestershire. Fastsms has been providing SMS text messaging services to UK businesses since 2002 and is currently looking to expand it’s sales and marketing team with the addition of a Lead Generation Specialist.

You

  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally.

  • Productive worker with solid work ethic who exerts optimal effort in successfully completing tasks.
  • A computer literate individual proficient in the use of phone systems and office software.
  • Someone with a confident, professional telephone manner suitable for representing fastsms to other businesses.

Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist you will work closely with both the Operations Director and the Account Management team on outbound call campaigns to potential, new and existing clients. This will include Market Research, Customer Profiling, Appointment Setting & Sales Campaigns.

Extensive training and support will be provided as well as other opportunities to develop professionally through external training in order to progress into more Account Management role if desired.

Requirements

  • Experience: Telesales, Telemarketing; ideally from a B2B, Telecommunications, Software or IT background: 2 years
  • Education: High school or equivalent
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £18,000pa + Performance Related Bonus

Account Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dependable individual to join an established telecommunications company based in Droitwich, Worcestershire. Fastsms has been providing SMS text messaging services to UK businesses since 2002 and is currently looking to expand it’s sales and marketing team with the addition of an Account Manager.

  • Driven and results-orientated, you self motivate in order to get the most out of your accounts and hit your targets.
  • A computer literate individual proficient in the use of phone systems and office software.
  • A confident, professional telephone manner suitable for representing fastsms to other businesses.

Role

As an Account Manager you will work closely with both the Operations Director and the Lead Generation team. Responsible for the nurturing and development of new and existing accounts you will build strong, lasting relationships through regular contact by phone, email and site visits.

Experience in a B2B account management role is essential, ideally from a Telecommunications, Software or IT background. However, you will receive full training on all fastsms products and features in order to manage your accounts effectively. There will also be opportunities to develop further professionally through external training if desired.
